Spa Etiquette
Arrive Early
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. Please understand your
treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you must cancel, please give the staff 24 hours notice or by
the close of day prior to your appointment. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A
50% CHARGE OF YOUR TREATMENT COST.

Lockers are provided.
Attire
Dress comfortably. Robes and slippers will be provided in locker rooms for your
convenience. Blow dryers and personal hygiene items will be available.
